Eight years service on the Board of the Ohio State Chapter of NKBA, four as President, Alan Abrams, CMKBD has seen many of the changes and advances in the Kitchen & Bath Industry. Alan is the president and design consultant of Cabinet En-Counters and throughout his many years in kitchen design he has received numerous awards and accolades for his work. These include:

NKBA Merit Award in 1993, 1995, 1996, 1999 and 2002

Eight year service as the President of the Ohio State Chapter of NKBA

CKD (Certified Kitchen Designer) Certification in 1989

CBD (Certified Bath Designer) Certification in 1997

CMKBD (Certified Master Kitchen & Bath Designer Cerfication in 2003

Adam Abrams, CKD, vice-president and design consultant, continues the Cabinet En-Counters tradition of excellence. With well over fourteen years of experience in the Kitchen & Bath industry, ten years of experience in home remodeling, seven years each in drafting and CAD Design, Adam has the skills to produce the kitchen of your dreams!

Adam has spent seven years on the local board of the Ohio State Chapter of NKBA including President and National Chapter Representative as well as secretary of BKBG (Bath & Kitchen Buying Group). He has also won awards for his designs including three NKBA Merit Awards in 1997, 1998 and 2002.
